This visa granted residence legal standing without a job. The EB-2 Visa(a type of US Work Visa) is for people with advanced degrees (or equivalent) or who because of their exceptional abilities in the sciences, arts, or businesses will benefit substantially to the economy national culture, educational interests or welfare of the U.S. and whose services are sought by an employer in the United States.
