Breakers and Fuses
I need to ask an electrician a question. Right now I am in the market for a new home and I found one I really like. The only problem is the home has a fuse box rather than a breaker box. I know nothing about electricity so I’m not even sure what the difference is. My first question will be whether or not the fuse box will need to be changed over to a breaker box. If so, I need an estimate of how much that could run me as well as how long it would take. If not, then I need to know how to maintain fuses, if at all. As you can see, I’m clueless so any help an electrician can give me will be helpful.
