Great Stretching in Yoga
Since I started training for my first marathon I go wherever I can to get advice on what to do for my body to last over 26 miles. One thing that was a great recommendation was to make sure that I was cross training in different areas and getting all my body parts strong not just my running muscles. So I decided that I would give Yoga a try and it has really been great for all of my sore muscles I use in running and all my other muscles that need to be stretched and lean prior to the marathon.
