Core exercise is supreme

If there is one area that all of us could stand to keep in shape, that would be our abdominal area.  This america is a nation plagued with the spare tire syndrome.  This is when your abs become hidden by mounds of bubbling fat.  The only exercise that has helped me in this area is core training, also known as pilates.  These core exercises for abs are truly an extraordinary way to regain the integrity of that area of your body, and then in turn maintain that area as well.  If I did not see it with my own eyes I would not have believed it to be so body changing.
