Acai Berry Powder With My Oats

Here is a great breakfast recipe to get you kick started for the day. If you have oats or porridge first thing in the morning then why not sprinkle a few teaspoons of acai berry powder into the mix? I had this thought while adding blue berries and the effect was just amazing. I had more energy than I was used to and this lasted through until after lunch. In fact I wasn’t even hungry at lunch time. With acai berries the metabolism is picked up instantly and your stores of body fat are used, which means that you do not really feel like an extra intake of food for more energy. A great way to kick start your life and lose weight at the same time.
