Feeling Much Safer Now
I worry about my mom. She lives by herself in a big, old house that is in the middle of nowhere. She loses electricity from time to time, it seems like a good wind will knock it out. So I told her the other day that it was about time that she finally got a cell phone. I took her to look at Verizon Phones. She laughed at the idea at first, but then decided that she might want one after all. She picked out the one that she wanted, and now she keeps text messaging me and sending me picture messages. I feel safer now that she has a cell phone.
