RN is an abbreviation for registered nurse. An RN is a nurse that has completed a course of study and passed the proper examinations to become licensed and registered. Although there are more RNs than any other type of nurse in the U.S., there is still a great need for more registered nurses. This is often referred to as a nursing shortage.The reason there is such a need for Registered Nurse is that they provide the greatest level of care for many patients. An RN not only provides specific types of care, but also gives advice and helps coordinate other health services for patients. A registered nurse may be in charge of other nursing personnel such as interns, techs and volunteers.

My best friend called me and asked me if I knew how to lose your thigh fat.  I told her that I was fortunate enough never to have had that problem but that my mom had told me about a set of exercises that worked to reduce thigh fat.  I told her that I would call my mom and talk to her about it and call her back the next day.  My mom gave me a great list of easy exercises that my friend could do even while she was sitting at work or watching TV.  She said they worked wonders for her when she had that problem.

You may not have realized this, but about 80 percent of the world’s population is eventually affected by non-specific back pain at some time in our lives. In children with the age of 10-15 years the most common problem is the Severs disease in which there is strain in the growing cartilage zone in the back of the heel bone or calcaneus. It can get bad enough to hinder with activity levels as it is more frequent in those children who are physically active. Children who play sports is also more affected as it is more common on them especially who play sports on hard surfaces or who sports ground is hard at the start of the winter sports season. The heel is painful to lateral squeezing near the back of the heel. The most common treatment is a cushioned heel raise and some calf muscle stretching.
