A Computer Tool For Making Team Work More Efficient.

Tuesday, September 29th, 2009

I am a one half of comic strip writing team. The comic strip is syndicated in over one hundred newspapers nationwide. It took us many years to build a loyal following. It is a wonderful feeling to see all the hard work finally pay off. We have always been sort of resistant to change; we thought we were more productive sticking with the process of working together in one room. Personal issues and a shortened deadline schedule began to take a toll. We needed to work more efficiently. I searched for a solution; I found linewire pro. We now can view and share work from our computers.

Choosing Quality Outdoor Bamboo Blinds

Monday, September 28th, 2009

My wife and I purchased a really nice house in a great neighborhood right after the holidays.  We have been enjoying the homea lot until the summer sun kicked in.  We had no idea the sun was going to make our house so hot.  We really should have given some thought to the orientation of the house, but we didn’t.  Even though the sun came directly in the windows and heated everything up, we were able to solve the problem.  We purchased some high quality outdoor bamboo blinds.  Not only do they keep the house much cooler, they look really good to.

The outdoor cameras I’m going to have put in

Monday, September 28th, 2009

A few months ago we had some new neighbors move into the house next door to us. I’m not generally a snobby person; however they just seemed like they were kind of dirty people. Because of this I decided I was going to do two things. First I was going to install some outdoor hidden cameras. It seems as though garbage has a strange way of showing up in our backyard these days and I wanted to find out where it was coming from. The second thing I did was I contacted the security company my brother works for and asked him about having a home security system installed in my home.

Taking a fresh approach to healing

Monday, September 28th, 2009

Healing by today’s standards is often done in many different ways. Some are healthy while others are potentially dangerous. One of the most sought after and considered “new age” concepts (which is actually older than many realize) is aromatherapy. This lost artform has been revitalized over the past several decades. Many are flocking to stores that sell a variety of different aroma type therapy products that are safe and convenient. You can get things you burn like incense and also things for the shower that help you feel good while you wash up. The variety is rich, and the availability of items is and always will be plentiful!

The Best of Times

Monday, September 28th, 2009

Even in the best of times I think snowboard manufacturers have a tough go of it.  I wonder how they are doing these days.  There are quite a few cheap snowboards for sale postings that come up when you do a search for snowboards.  It is too bad we can’t all be rich and happy.  Although people always say prosperity doesn’t necessarily mean happiness.  But as my mother always told me, it is a lot more pleasant to be rich and unhappy than to be poor and unhappy.  I wish my ship would come in and then I could spoil my children and do so many things that lack of money is preventing me from doing now.l

Money and Power

Monday, September 28th, 2009

I don’t think I’d seek out a millionaire to date, but if it turned out someone I liked happened to have the bucks, so be it. Though I’m not entirely sure I’d be comfortable with some with a ton of money. It might change the dynamics of the relationship. I think I’d suddenly be self conscious about how much money I had, or didn’t have. I’d wonder if she would ever think I was after her cash. Sometimes that even happens now, and the gal I’m seeing is far from wealthy. Then, sometimes I think I should just sign up for free millionaire dating and enjoy the ride.

Start a New Website

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

I am currently in negotiations to take over a business and while I love the business and the concept, hence why I am buying the business, there are a lot of changes that I am planning on making. For one, I am going to start all over with the website I just need to know how to build your own website. While the business plan and the running of it are second nature to me, I do not have the technological gene or the creative gene for that matter to get a site up and running but I would love to learn how.

I Got to Experiement

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

When I was in high school, we had a lot of great opportunities. Some of the funnest classes I took were actually electives. We had a pretty good technical training program in our high school with a lot of hands on type classes. We could learn anything from graphic arts to book binding procedures. I had a lot of extra room in my schedule my Senior year and I played around a lot with different interests. I worked on the paper and played around the computer. It was great to get to see how things really worked and it helped me to be more sure about my career path.
